GK SOCIAL MEDIA, thank you for choosing to hire our services, our clients are our reason for being.

The following are our policies and terms of conditions, which work through the contractual mode of adhesion, this means that in no way you can negotiate the terms and conditions described here, this power corresponds entirely to our company.

Social Media

 

  1. We reserve the right to choose and determine, specifically on the texts, design, artwork, trademarks, logos, source code that we will use, this means that we will have complete freedom in our designs, both on websites and digital marketing strategies.
  2. Our company, GK SOCIAL MEDIA, is not responsible for the contents and links published in any of our creations.
  3. Our company respects international policies regarding the processing of data so that we adopt all the necessary protocols to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to your personal data.
  4. Payment for all our services must be made in advance.
  5. We will use our image banks for audiovisual production if for any reason we require the client to provide photographs, videos or designs, the client will agree to provide them in a reasonable time.
  6. Once payment has been made, our employees will begin work within the following week.
  7. If for any reason, or circumstance the client interrupts the provision of the service at any time from the beginning of the execution, the client must pay a waiting position of $20 USD to reschedule with our employees the provision of such service, because we have a carefully planned agenda.
  8. products and services will always be certified and endorsed by our marketing experts.
  9. GK Social Media will have FULL OPERATIONAL AUTONOMY, this means that our marketing consultants will make the decisions regarding the manner and frequency of publications or advertising campaigns.
  10. If the client wishes not to continue with our services, there will be no refund of any amounts paid from GK Social Media.

 Google Ads

 

  1. Depending on the package selected by our clients, when GK Social Media manages google ads on social networks, they will generally have an ad frequency of 3/4 times a week, changing technical data to ensure maximum brand impact.
  2. The advertising spends will also be paid for in advance and linked to the client’s payment details.
  3. We will spend the agreed advertising amount, but in some cases, it may be slightly more or less than the agreed amount of money.
  4. All advertising investment must be paid for by the client.

Websites

 

  1. For the realisation of websites, the client must make an advance payment of 50% of the service to be provided.
  2. From the payment of the deposit, the client has a maximum period of 30 calendar days to provide all the information, otherwise, GK social media will appropriate that 50% due to non-compliance with the time.
  3. From the moment of delivery of the website, the remaining 50% must be paid within 24 hours.
  4. Once a certain section of the website has been completed and accepted by the client, any additional changes will generate an additional charge.
  5. The number of pages of the website will be agreed upon in the quotation, any additional pages requested by the client will be charged at our website rates and according to the changes to be made.
  6. You will own the websites created by GK Social Media, however, GK Social Media owns the design work.
  7. All copyrights are passed to you with the conditions of a small label at the bottom stating that it was designed by GK Social Media. This helps to keep prices low.
  8. If you remove the tag in the footer without permission, there is a $250 fine. If you remove it with permission, it will cost $75.

Hosting

 

  1. By using my hosting, you agree that GK SOCIAL MEDIA is the only one authorised to access your files. And if the client requires access to them, an additional fee will be charged.
  2. For access to a backup of your website, there will be an additional charge of $10 USD.
  3. If you require your website to be downloaded and all files to be sent, there will be an additional charge of $15 USD.
  4. If you wish to change hosting and need to transfer your files and domain name, there will be an additional charge of $50 USD.
  5. When the year of service with Hosting and domain passes, you will be notified 14 days prior to the renewal payment, if the renewal is not paid or cancelled within 7 days of notification. Your website will be removed in its entirety.
  6. Once removed, the price to restart the hosting would be plus $15 to reload your files.
  7. After 30 days from the renewal date, all files are at risk of being lost and not recoverable.

Seo and other work.

 

  1. A 50% deposit is payable, subsequently due for the full amount which will comprise the website compilations.
  2. The client accepts and undertakes to pay the agreed advance payment on a monthly basis and without delay.
  3. If a late payment is provided by the client, after 7 calendar days, a charge of 5% will be added to the monthly amount.
  4. If 30 calendar days pass without payment, your website will be deleted and will only be re-uploaded once full payment is received by our company with the 5% late payment fee. The late payment fee will be charged on the total contracted amount at its annual value. To be more specific, 5% on the entire contract with GK SOCIAL MEDIA.

GK SOCIAL MEDIA reserves the right to modify ALL terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to our clients and in general to all persons contracting our services.
